Workshop with Christina Barandun
During the workshop we will deal with the following questions: How can I communicate more effectively? And more importantly, do my points get across? What do I perceive – and does that even reflect the reality? What are conflicts? How do I use them constructively? And what makes them so valuable? In addition to professional input, we work on examples from the group and use Aikido principles to clarify them.
Christiana Barandun supports cultural businesses as a consultant, trainer and coach with culture-specific organisational and staff development. Her clients include the German Stage Association, the Staatstheater Darmstadt and the Bühnen Köln. She herself studied theatre science as well as ballet teaching and has, in addition to various further training courses in coaching and organisational psychology, many years of Aikido experience, which she regularly integrates into her seminars.
