You are funded? Congratulations! What happens now? In our group session we will talk about the next steps with you and explain which questions you should ask yourselves now. Among other things, the following topics will be discussed: What does it mean to be a project leader, how do I handle federal funds, how do I prepare the accounting already in the process. Our input will be followed by a question session in which we will answer as many questions as possible with you.
